The long rugged National Trust coastlines of North Devon and Cornwall are approximately a 30 minute drive away and offer a range of popular sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves. The market town of Holsworthy is a short drive and offers a range of traditional shops and there are some lovely family pubs close by which serve food. Attractions to enjoy include Dartmoor The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal Clovelly and much more. Leisure facilities: 0.5 miles of river fishing on the Walden available during fishing season. Outside: 15 acres for you to explore open shared garden area with swing/slide and seating opening out to lakes and river. Shared utility room: laundry with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric and electric heating included. Dogs welcome. Additional info: welcome hampers with local produce provided. Shared fishing rod and boot room available. Location: beach 12 miles shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
